How to apply with a debit or credit card

You can use your debit or credit card to apply and pay for your Quidity™ card immediately online.

All you need to do is:

• Complete the online application form by clicking the Apply Now button.

  Enter your name, address, telephone number and email address Enter your debit or credit card details on the payment page to cover the £5.00 joining fee

• You will receive your Quidity™ card by post within 15 days
• Call to activate the card and you're ready to go!
• You can then top up your card online when you need to, or set up a regular standing order.
